A Qleaner is the individual who is responsible for collecting, washing, folding, ironing, and delivering your laundry. They play a crucial role in our community and undergo regular training to ensure that they provide a high-quality service.

To ensure that you are working with a Qleaner, you can ask for their Qleaner ID tag or number and verify it with our virtual agent on WhatsApp, who responds immediately!

An account creation is not required to use our service. Our system allows you to make a booking without storing your personal information. However, with your permission, we may collect and retain your information for improved service and ease of re-booking.

Qlean is compliant with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regulations and our data policy is transparent. It informs you of your rights and the steps taken to protect your personal information, the specific data that is being collected and how it will be used.
